Transformers 2 - Revenge of the Fallen - is one of the most anticipated blockbusters this year. Followed by the success of the first movie in 2007, which stars Shia LaBeouf as Sam Witwicky and Megan Fox as Mikaela Banes, a teenage couple involved in a war between the heroic Autobots and the evil Decepticons, two factions of alien robots who can disguise themselves by transforming into everyday machinery.
The Transformers was an 80-issue American comic book series published by Marvel Comics. The Autobots and Decepticons land on Earth via the the Ark, paralleling the cartoon. The Autobots are reformatted by the Ark to resemble cars and trucks; the Decepticons take the form of jets, weapons and a cassette deck with tapes.
